About the role
The successful candidate will play a central role in the day-to-day operations of MSL Business School, with responsibility across student experience, communication, logistics, coordination of our premises and broader operational support.
We are looking for someone who is organised, personable, dependable and comfortable taking responsibility for a varied range of activities in a growing organisation.
Student experience & communication
- Serve as a key point of contact for students, prospective students and other stakeholders.
- Receive and respond to incoming calls and enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Make outgoing calls and follow up with students, prospective students and other stakeholders where required.
- Provide accurate information on MSL programmes, products, services and processes.
- Assist students with enquiries or concerns and ensure appropriate follow-up through to resolution.
- Provide a professional and welcoming experience to students and visitors.
Operations
- Coordinate operational activities and follow up on outstanding matters.
- Work closely with the MSL team to ensure tasks and projects are completed effectively.
- Support new programmes, initiatives and projects.
- Maintain appropriate operational records and documentation.
- Exercise sound judgment on routine matters and escalate issues where necessary.
Premises, books & logistics
- Help keep the Tse Addo premises organised, professional and ready for daily activities.
- Monitor supplies, learning materials and other operational resources.
- Coordinate book sales, collections, deliveries and dispatches.
- Maintain appropriate stock and logistics records and liaise with service providers.
Events & general support
- Assist with operational arrangements for events, graduations, programmes and special initiatives.
- Support MSL activities that may take place away from the premises.
- Work flexibly across important operational priorities as they arise.

Qualifications & experience
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Relevant experience in operations, administration, customer experience, professional services, education or another service-oriented environment.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Good working knowledge of Google Workspace and common digital productivity tools.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools, or with ICAG or CITG programmes, would be an advantage.
- Current and former MSL students who meet the requirements are particularly encouraged to apply.
Location & working arrangement
This is a full-time, on-site position at MSL’s premises in Tse Addo. It is not a remote, virtual or part-time role. Applicants should live in Accra or within reasonable commuting distance and be able to travel reliably to the premises each working day.
